Dr. McClinton is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is on the staff of the Phoenix hospitals of John C. Lincoln Health Network: Deer Valley Hospital and North Mountain Hospital, as well as other Valley hospitals.

He graduated first in his class from George Washington University in 1970 and earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 1974. After completing his family practice residency in 1977, Dr. McClinton served three years with the U.S. Army’s 574th Medical Division in Germany. He relocated to Phoenix in 1981 and entered private practice.

Dr. McClinton is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Arizona Academy of Family Practice, and the Maricopa County Medical Association.
