Our office maintains relationships with several insurance companies, managed care organizations, primary physicians’ organizations, and various other payers. We will be glad to file your insurance claims for you. However, we encourage you to become familiar with your benefits and their limitations, as each organization has its own set of requirements regarding payment. We also ask that you be prepared to pay your insurance co-payment, deductible or any non-covered expenses at the time of service.
