Dr. Kmiecik is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is on the staff of both Phoenix hospitals of John C. Lincoln Health Network: Deer Valley Hospital and North Mountain Hospital, as well as other Valley hospitals. He is fluent in English, Polish, German and Russian and has a special interest in adult medicine and geriatrics.

He received his medical degree from the Medical School of Lodz in Lodz, Poland in 1985. In 1993, Dr. Kmiecik completed a residency in pathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He completed his family practice residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, New York in 1996.
